Posh Rewards
Posh Rewards is our loyalty programme that allows members to earn loyalty points through their engagement with the Club and spending with affiliate retailers. Loyalty points can be earned as easily as attending a match or completing games on the portal. Members can spend the loyalty points they’ve accrued on the rewards portal on Posh merchandise, retro items and money can’t buy experiences.
All Season Ticket Holders, foreverposh and Junior Posh Members are automatically enrolled; however, you must register within the Posh Rewards portal in our app or on our website. If you are not a season ticket holder or member, you can also sign-up for a free digital membership (available from 16th September) and enrol into Posh Rewards.
There is no cost to join Posh Rewards!
A device with internet access is required to access the portal, redeem points and complete activities.
Earning Points
Loyalty points can be earned by completing rewardable activities on the portal, engaging with the Club and spending with affiliate retailers. You can find an extensive list of rewardable activities under Earn Points on the Posh Rewards portal. You can spend the points you have accrued on the portal marketplace, prize draws and auctions.
You must link your credit or debit card to your rewards account to earn points when spending with affiliate retailers. Access the rewards portal via our official Posh app, simply click Posh Rewards, then payment and follow the steps to link your card.
- Login to the My Rewards portal using the link and login info below.
- Click on “My Card” in the top section of the website.
- Underneath the “My Cards” section there is a button for “Link Card”.
- Follow the instructions here to pair your payment card with your rewards portal.
Once complete this means that anytime you purchase using this payment card at any of our affiliate venders you’ll earn points to spend on rewards. Please ensure you follow the portal instructions on how to earn with each individual affiliate. Please note that Under-16s will not be able to do this.
No, loyalty points cannot be purchased.
You have until the 31st May each year to spend your points, after which they will expire each season. Points cannot be transferred to the following season or to other members.
Email rewards@theposh.com outlining how many points you believe are missing from your account, the activity that rewarded the points and any other relevant information. Please note, points accrued from spending with affiliate partners can take up to 30 days to appear on your Posh Rewards account.
Please allow up to 24 hours for points awarded from portal games to show on your account, you can check Rewards History on the portal to ensure the rewarded activity has been logged. Points rewarded via spending with affiliate partners can take up to 30 days to appear on your account. If after the specified times referenced you are still missing points, please email rewards@theposh.com outlining how many points you believe are missing from your account, the activity that rewarded the points and any other relevant information.
Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed on the marketplace, prize draw and auction via the portal. Prize draws and auctions will host exclusive, money can’t buy experiences which you can bid on. The marketplace will feature an array of Posh merchandise, prizes and retro items.
You can bid however many points you have available in your account; points are only deducted from the auction winner.
Once you have linked your credit/debit card to the portal, spending with affiliate retailers enables you to earn loyalty points. You can redeem your loyalty points on the Posh Rewards portal. Please refer to the Affiliates page on the portal to see affiliate partners and deals.
Some affiliate partners operate both online and in-store, others operate either online or in-store only. In order to earn points when purchasing with online affiliates, you must click their link within the portal, otherwise the points will not be rewarded. Please refer to the portal to see where you can spend with each affiliate and their exclusions.
Each individual reward description specifies whether the item will be posted to you and how long to wait before contacting us if you haven’t received it, or if you will be contacted to arrange collection. If the reward is not collected after 60 days, the reward will be revoked.
Peterborough United Football Club will not be liable for lost or stolen Rewards. Once the posted reward leaves the stadium it is outside of our responsibility. If the reward gets lost in the post, it is at the club’s discretion whether it is replaced and if it will cost additional loyalty points to replace, depending on the reward and stock availability.
Set Up & Registration
Anybody who is 16 years or older with a credit/debit card can link their card to their rewards account. Visa, Mastercard and Amex are accepted.
No, only one card number can be linked to one account, if you have more than one season ticket, you will need a different card to link to each account. If you wish to add your linked credit/debit card to a different one of your rewards accounts, you can simply delete the card and link it to your chosen account.
From the Posh Rewards homepage, click your name in the top right corner of the navigation bar and then account. On the account page, select the payment tab, click the three dots on the card, then select delete and follow to completion.
No, you can simply re-download our official Posh app and login to the rewards portal.
Other
The club cash scheme ended on 31st October 2022. The announcement for this change was published in June 2022 - the article can be found here.
No, rewards points can only be redeemed on the rewards portal and have no relation to the Ticket Priority Scheme which runs separately.
