The Peterborough United under 23s entertain Crewe Alexandra at the Weston Homes Stadium on Wednesday afternoon (1pm) in the Professional Development League with Matthew Etherington’s men looking to bounce back from the Premier League Cup defeat at the hands of Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The Railwaymen have amassed 22 points from their league fixtures to date and drew 0-0 with Sheffield United in their last fixture with a 4-1 win at Colchester United earlier in the month signalling their quality.

Joe Taylor is expected to lead the line as he continues to get minutes following a short-term ankle injury, while skipper Kyle Barker is back fit and available for selection after injury and Covid-19 in recent weeks.

Admission into the game is FREE of charge to season ticket holders. Non season-ticket holders can watch the action for £3 for adults and £1 or concessions. The game will be streamed live on Posh+ with passes available for £3.
