Posh Women can confirm their pre-season schedule ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.
Dan Lawlor’s side are set to play five pre-season fixtures in preparation for the 2022/23 FA Women’s National League Division One Midlands campaign, which kicks off on Sunday 21st August.
Posh Women begin their pre-season schedule with a clash against FA Women’s National League Premier Division South side MK Dons on Sunday 17th July at the idverde Training Ground at 11am. All games played at home will be open to supporters, with admission free of charge.
They will continue their pre-season journey with a trip down the A1 to West London’s Imperial College Sports Ground to face Division One South East side Queens Park Rangers Women on Wednesday 27th July at 7:45pm.
Their third fixture sees them face Leicester City Women U21s in a behind-closed-doors meeting on Wednesday 3rd August at 7:45pm. The Foxes finished third in the Women’s Super League Academy League Northern Division last season, dropping points in only eight of their 20 games.
Lawlor’s side will then come toe-to-toe with Division One South East’s Norwich City Women at home at the idverde Training Ground on Sunday 7th August at 3pm.
Pre-season preparations will come to an end when they face off against local rivals, Cambridge United, on home soil on Sunday 14th August at the idverde Training Ground at 3pm.
Matchday ticket prices and season ticket prices for the FA Women's National League campaign will be confirmed in due course.
