Club issues plea for Posh supporters to stay at home.
Peterborough United entertain Doncaster Rovers at the Weston Homes Stadium on Tuesday evening (7.45pm) and the game is behind closed doors.
A win for Darren Ferguson’s men will secure promotion to the Sky Bet Championship and the club are acutely aware that supporters will want to celebrate that achievement should it be realised.
However, it is imperative that fans stay at home and do not attempt to come to the Weston Homes Stadium or the surrounding areas. The Covid-19 pandemic has not gone away, the health and safety of everybody is paramount and the rules must be adhered to.
