With the announcement of our Fans 4 The Future initiative, next season we will be offering free tickets to all of our U12 fans! With this, your ticket purchase will immediately qualify you for an invitation to one of our Fans 4 The Future First Team Experience Days taking place at the Mick George Training Academy where the first team and youth teams are based across the summer.
The experience day will include a full first-team experience – after lacing up your boots in the first-team changing room you'll have a warm-up session with one of our fitness coaches; you'll then be put through your paces at a full training session and a mini match with the first-team manager and coaches.
Then you'll eat like a pro with food cooked by the team chef in the team canteen and then there will be the chance to experience a post-match press conference with members of the Peterborough United media team and other members of the press. After lunch, our analysts will give you a rundown of your performance before your post-match interview, so make sure you bring your A-game!
Co-owner Jason Neale said: "We have seen from the success of the Schools Initiative that youngsters want to come and watch football at the ABAX Stadium and when they do, they thoroughly enjoy the match day experience so we wanted to take that one stage further by creating our Fans 4 The Future First Team Experience Day and we believe it will create a lasting impression.
"We want to unite the city and bring supporters, particularly youngsters closer to the football club and we believe this is a great way of doing this and who knows, we could unearth the next Marcus Maddison or Ivan Toney in the process!"
