A stunning individual display by Wilfried Zaha inspired a come from behind win for Palace.

Crystal Palace scored twice in the final exchanges to return to the top of the npower Championship after Wilfried Zaha inspired the Eagles to a 2-1 victory at London Road.

Darren Ferguson's men made a fine start to this npower Championship fixture by opening the scoring on six minutes as a deflected Boyd shot fell kindly for Grant McCANN who made no mistake from six-yards.

Palace responded well and goalkeeper Bobby Olejnik had to be alert to push over a fierce Wilfried Zaha effort after the winger had tricked his way into the penalty area.

Craig Alcock met a driven McCann corner kick on 14 minutes, but he couldn't direct his header on target after outjumping his marker comfortably.

Michael Bostwick tested goalkeeper Speroni from range on 24 minutes, which the goalkeeper dealt with by letting the ball hit his chest.

Little was denied by Speroni and then Boyd was inches away from a second with a fine effort from 10-yards after good awareness by Tomlin to pick him out.

Boyd was booked for a late tackle on Joe Ward on 42 minutes. Olejnik tipped a fierce drive from Glenn Murray over the crossbar by his near post before Tomlin rolled a tantalising cross into a good area, but there were no takers from Posh.

Top scorer Murray squandered a fine chance to level the scores on 58 minutes as he was left unmarked at the back post following a corner kick, but the striker headed the ball down and over the crossbar from close-range.

Olejnik made a superb stop with his feet to deny Murray at the near post on 64 minutes as Palace continued to press for the equaliser.

Substitute Tyrone Barnett guided a Little cross wide of the target on 66 minutes. The impressive Zaha fired wide after an excellent run on 68 minutes after a loose pass from Barnett was capitalised on.

Olejnik beat away a shot from Bolassie as the pressure mounted. Zaha then fired wide of the upright after his incredibly quick feet saw him beat Bostwick.

It was 1-1 on 78 minutes, a stunning piece of individual work from Zaha saw him flick the ball into the path of substitute MORITZ who crashed a low left-foot shot past Olejnik and into the back of the net via the inside of the post.

Palace completed the turnaround moments later, again Zaha was involved, this time picking the right moment to feed BIKACOI who made no mistake, rifling home past Olejnik. Olejnik denied Zaha on the counter attack, while Ferdinand saw a header deflected behind for a corner kick.

Zaha was denied by Olejnik superbly on 88 minutes as Palace understandably found gaps at the back to exploit. Murray was next to be denied by Olejnik as four minutes of added time was signalled by the fourth official.
