Posh secured the signing of experienced defender Tom Lees on a unspecified deal in the August transfer window of 2025. A centre back with over 600 career appearances to his name, Lees has represented a host of top clubs in the Championship including Sheffield Wednesday, Leeds United and Huddersfield Town. Lees can operate in a three or a two, is good in the air, is a natural leader and will help the dressing room as well as his skillset on the pitch.
