Striker Jess Rousseau joined Posh in the summer of 2025 after a prolific spell with Leeds United. An excellent finisher, Rousseau makes good runs, is quick and holds the ball up effectively. Rousseau has scored 30 goals over the last two seasons at the level, earning her the Player of the Season award in the 2023/24 campaign for the club. She was part of the Leeds squad that won the County Cup final last season.
