Brandon Khela joined Posh in June 2025 for an undisclosed fee from Birmingham City after catching the eye during a loan spell with Bradford City, where he helped the Bantams to promotion from Sky Bet League Two. 

Khela scored three goals in 47 appearances during his first season with the club and his energetic performances from the heart of the midfield have provided a different option for Luke Williams. 

Khela made eight appearances with the Blues and also had a loan spell in Scotland with Ross County.
