Chris Conn-Clarke was one of the most sought after players outside of the EFL following a hugely impressive season with Altrincham, but it was Posh who secured his signature after agreeing an undisclosed fee with the Vanarama National League side in the summer of 2024.

Conn-Clarke was on the books of Fleetwood Town, but had first team opportunities hard to come by, hence why he initially went out on-loan to Altrincham before making the move permanent. After joining Posh, he found regular first team football hard to come by and joined Carlisle United in two separate loan stints.

He prefers to operate in a number 10 position and is an excellent passer of the ball and is a threat around the box with his vision to bring others into play in tight areas.
