Pemi Aderoju joined Posh from non-league Biggleswade in January 2024 and made his debut for the club as a substitute at Wycombe Wanderers a month later. He scored his first Posh goal in the 6-1 win over Wycombe Wanderers during the 2025-2026 campaign.

A strong, physical striker, Aderoju has had a number of loan spells away from the club since arriving, including Boston United in the Enterpise National League and Eastbourne Borough where he netted 20 goals in 28 appearances before being recalled.
