Peter Kioso returned to Peterborough United on a season-long loan from Sky Bet Championship side Oxford United just ahead of the transfer deadline in August 2025. The DR Congo international enjoyed a hugely successful loan spell at the football club during the 2023-2024 campaign with his final appearance coming in a New Years' Day win at Derby County. Kioso skippered Posh during that period of time before being recalled by parent club Rotherham United. He went on to join Oxford United and was a regular during the 2024-2025 campaign but was made available for loan at the start of the 2025-2026 campaign. Can operate as a right-wing back, a right-back or as a right centre back.
