After impressing management in the 2023/24 pre-season against Wolverhampton Wanderers and Ipswich Town, Brown was awarded a place in the First Team squad. A stellar breakthrough season led to her bagging the Player’s Player of the Season and Player of the Season 2024/25. 

Brown is a hugely talented central midfield player, she has a good passing range, likes to support the attack and is the perfect description of a box to box midfielder. Brown, who has spent time with Arsenal's Academy, scored her first ever hat-trick in the pre-season win over Tottenham Hotspur Under 21s.
