Peterborough United Women and Academy is growing, and we want businesses to grow with us.

Our first team plays at Tier 3 of the women's pyramid. Our Academy brings through the players who come next. Between them sits a pathway that gives girls in this city somewhere to take the game, from a first session at a local club to a senior shirt.

That pathway costs money to run. Commercial partnership is how we fund it.

From First Steps to First Team

Grassroots clubs do the hard work. They get girls playing, keep them enjoying it and give them their first taste of a proper team. We want to work alongside those clubs rather than around them, so that a player who stands out at nine or ten can see where the next step leads.

Our Academy is that next step. Good coaching, a real standard to reach, and players being pushed towards senior football instead of drifting out of the game at sixteen.

At the top of it is the first team, competing at Tier 3 and representing Peterborough across the region.

Every level of that needs paying for. Partnerships fund the Academy, support the players and strengthen the first team.
