Hours – Full time, to include home match days, typically Saturday or midweek evening.

We are currently seeking a new Head of Operations to join our great team of ‘behind the scenes’ staff here at Weston Homes Stadium. This new and pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance and safety aspects the the Weston Homes Stadium and our closely located Training Ground just 3 miles from the main stadium. This senior role will be part of the Senior Management Team and therefore will require strategic vison and planning skills alongside the ability to be operational on matchdays ensuring we deliver a first-class supporter experience.
