The Posh Under 18s are back in action at the Weston Homes Stadium on Monday evening in the second round of the FA Youth Cup.
The Peterborough United Under 18s welcome Boldmere St Michaels to the Weston Homes Stadium on Monday evening in the second round of the FA Youth Cup (7.30pm).
Lead Under 18s coach Jimmy Unwin is looking forward to the tie and wants his team to take the confidence from the first round success over Lincoln City, which ended in a 5-0 win for Posh.
"We go into the game as favourites and that brings an extra bit of pressure on the lads to produce the goods. We must respect our opponents, our preparations have been exactly as it would be for any other game.
"Boldmere deserve a lot of plaudits for getting this far in the competition, they will give us a good test, we know that. We have everyone available for selection aside from Rylie (Fitzpatrick) and Milan (Kovaci), but two of the players who featured in the first round can't play because of the rules of the competition.
"There will be changes, but not in terms of how we go about our business. Hopefully there will be a good crowd, like there was in the first round, to support the players," Unwin said.
The two Under 15s who featured in the first round cannot play in this game because the level the opponents Boldmere St Michaels operate at.
Tickets are on sale now for the game here priced at £3 for adults and £1 for concessions. The price will rise to £5 for adults and £2 for concessions on the day of the game.
