Lead Under 21s Coach Sam Gaughran will field a number of trialists in the game with the majority of the group in action on Monday against Nottingham Forest in the quarter-finals of the PDL play-offs.
Posh reached the final after a 1-0 victory over Kettering Town last month thanks to a strike from Benji McWilliams-Marcano.

Tickets are priced at £6 for adults, £3 for concessions and under 18s with under 12s admitted free of charge.
