Posh Under 18s picked up a point in their latest Professional Development League fixture against Colchester United at the Bespoke Builds Training Ground.
The Peterborough United Under 18s drew 2-2 with Colchester United on Saturday morning with Callum Fraser and Junior Crozier on target for Hugh Alban-Jones' side.
"It was a a game of two halves," manager Hugh Alban-Jones said. "In the first half, we were excellent, we moved the ball with tempo and caused the opposition a lot of problems.
"We played with quality and got the attacking players into positions that hurt the opposition. We scored from a well-worked set-piece and the second goal comes from a wonderful pass from Nathaniel Joseph and Junior finished first time.
"We conceded a sloppy first goal and in the second half, it was a bit more difficult for us. We conceded an equaliser and then had to dug in, which the lads did, and secured a point. We still had chances of our own, but so did they and if you are not going to win the game, make sure you don't lose it.
"Colchester are a tough team to play against, but there were positives to take and we look forward to taking those positives into our next game."
