The football club would like to answer some of the most frequently asked questions ahead of the re-arranged fixture with Charlton Athletic.
Peterborough United welcome Charlton Athletic on Tuesday night to the Weston Homes Stadium for a re-arranged Sky Bet League One fixture (7.45pm).

Q: I bought a ticket for the original game. Will those tickets be valid for Tuesday night?
A: Yes, if you purchased tickets for the original date, you can just use those tickets for the re-arranged fixture. You don’t need to do anything else.
Q: Some of my party can’t now attend the re-arranged fixture, what do I do?
A: If some, or all of your party cannot now attend Tuesday night’s game, you can obtain a refund or Account Credit at the ticket office or email tickets@theposh.com.
Q: Is there a deadline on obtaining a refund if I can’t attend?
A: Yes, you must have contacted the ticket office at least 24 hours prior to kick-off (7.45pm on Monday).
Q: I am a Charlton fan who purchased a ticket for the original fixture, what should I do?
A: Please contact the Charlton ticket office for your options.
