Posh are back on the road this weekend as they make the journey north to face Stockport County at Edgeley Park.
Peterborough United are back in Sky Bet League One action on Saturday with a trip to Edgeley Park to face one of the division's promotion favourites Stockport County (3pm).
Ryan Harley will remain in interim charge for the game against the Hatters and will be looking to build on the positives from Tuesday evening when Posh opened their Jersey Mike's Trophy account with a 3-1 victory over Colchester United at the Weston Homes Stadium.
Stockport picked up a creditable point at Hillsborough in their last league encounter, drawing 0-0 with Sheffield Wednesday, seven days after a 4-3 home defeat to Leicester City.
TEAM NEWS
Posh received a host of international call-ups, but were unable to force the postponement of this fixture because a number of those call-ups don't meet the criteria set by the EFL when it comes to the amount of games/minutes those individuals had played this season.
Josh Feeney, David Okagbue, Patryk Sykut and Vernon Masara all received call-ups from their countries. Tom O'Connor, Sam Hughes, Matt Garbett, Rio Adebisi, Declan Frith and Brandon Khela are definitely out, while defender James Dornelly could also miss out.
Brad Hills is unavailable for the Hatters, but they haven't picked up any additional issues from their last fixture.

Kyle Wootton
Striker Kyle Wootton (pictured below) joined County in the Summer of 2022, becoming the Club’s first signing following promotion back to the Football League after a 12-year absence. The forward signed on a free transfer from Notts County after three seasons at Meadow Lane, during which time he scored 59 goals in just 134 appearances for the Club, establishing himself as one of the best forwards in the National League. Prior to that, the forward had spent six seasons with Scunthorpe United. Last season he featured at centre back due to an injury crisis at the club and performed superbly in that position, although he will be looking forward to returning to lead the line this term.
INTERIM MANAGER QUOTES
"Stockport are a very good side, both in and out of possession, and it will be a tough game for us on Saturday, but we have worked on a few things and we will go there and try and put in a positive performance. The players have been excellent since last weekend in terms of their application in training and we will go there and try and play our game," Ryan Harley said.
