Posh go in search of back-to-back away wins on Tuesday night with a trip to Hertfordshire to face Stevenage (7.45pm) in Sky Bet League One action.

Peterborough United are back on the road on Tuesday evening with a relatively short trip to Hertfordshire as Luke Williams' men face Stevenage in Sky Bet League One action (7.45pm).

Posh currently sit ninth in the table after a battling 2-0 victory at Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday and can leapfrog their opponents with a win.

Stevenage enjoyed a fine start to the campaign, but are winless in five and have lost three of them to sit in eighth position.

TEAM NEWS

Posh welcome back defender Peter Kioso from suspension, but the game will come too soon for Harley Mills, David Okagbue and Ben Woods. The trio remain on the sidelines alongside Jacob Mendy, Sam Hughes, Rio Adebisi and Tom O'Connor.

Defender Charlie Goode is a doubt after coming off three minutes before half-time against Mansfield Town at the weekend. Harry Cornick, who has joined on-loan, could start in attack.

ONE TO WATCH

Dan Kemp

Dan Kemp (pictured below) arrived at Stevenage for his second spell ahead of the 2024/25 League One campaign under Alex Revell. The attacking midfielder scored 11 goals in all competitions in his first full season with the club, subsequently earning the Player of the Season award. Before signing for Stevenage, Kemp appeared for Blackpool, Leyton Orient, MK Dons, Hartlepool and Swindon Town, being an attacking threat wherever he went. A product of the West Ham United academy, Kemp usually occupies the traditional number 10 role.

MANAGER QUOTES

"Stevenage enjoyed a strong start to the campaign and to be honest, they are still overachieving in the position they find themselves in at the moment. Their manager has done an excellent job. We know that they were very effective against us at our place earlier in the season and you would expect them to go down that route again, to be honest, they don't change the way they play anyway, so we know what to expect," Williams said.
