The space has access to a kitchen, toilets and utilities. It is situated at the front of the building, adjacent to the main entrance of the Weston Homes Stadium.
The office space also comes with reserved parking with the location less than a two-minute drive from the city centre and just a 20-minute walk from the train station, which links the city with London within the hour.
