Peterborough United manager Robbie Savage has confirmed his coaching staff with those who were with him in the dugout at the King Power Stadium last week continuing in their roles.
The success and reputation of the Posh Academy over recent years has led to a number of senior Academy staff stepping up to first team roles:

- Harry Hogg, who was the Academy Head of Goalkeeping, and as well as Semple worked regularly with the first team on the training ground over the past couple of years becomes the new first team Goalkeeper Coach.
- Taewoong Kim steps up to be the First Team Sports Scientist having helped develop physically many Academy players over the past 3 years to be ready for first team football.
- Derek Fox takes on the role of Kitman after working across the Academy and first team previously.
- John Adediran (physiotherapist) and Kotryna Stoknaite (assistant physio) continue in their roles within the medical department.
- Dan Hutchings remains in his role of First Team analyst having joined the club from Canadian club side Cavalry in 2024.
Savage said: "I have got such a good connection with people inside the building already. I came alone and I was thinking of bringing somebody with me, but the connection I have got already - as seen on the bench Saturday and after the game - is already so good. There is already so many good people at this club.
"I have promoted from within at all of the clubs I have been at. Trust is huge and so is people that know the club. I want to give them a pathway. So the next generation of coaches coming up will see where they started and that they were able to move up to the first team.
“It’s the right thing to do and the chairman is onboard. It’s a great signal to the whole community that there’s pathways for staff members as well as players. I’m really happy with it as they all have Peterborough in their DNA and an alignment with the academy."
The Academy will now follow a process to replace the roles that have changed internally.
