Peterborough United Women will look to end their pre-season programme on a high when they welcome a young Spurs Women team on Sunday (2pm).
Peterborough United Women will play their final pre-season minutes before their Northern Premier Division debut, when they welcome the young Lilywhites to PIMS Park.
Jake Poole’s team have put themselves in a strong position ahead of the season curtain raiser at Rugby Borough, having won their past three tests against Queens Park Rangers, Northampton Town and most recently Notts County.
Summer additions Camille Jenkins and Ellie May were on target in the Midlands, while Lauren Wilshaw also added to the score-sheet.
Sunday’s game poses our first test against a younger opposition since last year’s 4-2 win over WSL side Birmingham City’s Under 21s group.

Jake Poole will aim to give out plenty of minutes across the squad, with the summer additions getting their first run-out at PIMS Park. Brodie Greenwood, who recently made the move from Scotland, may get her first few minutes of pre-season.

Supporters will have the opportunity to have their photograph taken with the FAWNL Division One Midlands trophy, with a digital copy priced at £5.
This will be available from 1pm, along with a raffle to win a signed 2026/27 Posh Women’s shirt going at £5 per strip - winner to be announced midway through the second half.

Posh will be in their blue home kit for the game.
