A look ahead to Saturday's Sky Bet League One clash with Wycombe Wanderers at the Weston Homes Stadium (3pm).
Peterborough United welcome Wycombe Wanderers to the Weston Homes Stadium on Saturday afternoon (3pm) with Darren Ferguson's men in search of their first league victory.
There were plenty of positives to take from the performance against Huddersfield Town last weekend, but ultimately the Terriers secured all three points thanks to a 3-2 win.
Wycombe have had a slow start to their campaign, but recorded a 2-0 victory over Mansfield Town at Adams Park - a win that manager Mike Dodds felt had been coming for a number of weeks.
TEAM NEWS
Posh are without the services of defenders Sam Hughes and Rio Adebisi while Abraham Odoh has a leg injury, which caused him to miss the defeat at Huddersfield.
David Okagbue and Vicente Reyes were both away on international duty this week, but neither got minutes for either Republic of Ireland Under 21s or Chile respectively. Ferguson has confirmed both will be added to the squad.
Declan Frith is around three weeks away from a return, while Ben Woods is now in training on the grass and is expected to be fit for the trip to Plymouth Argyle.
On-loan front man Cauley Woodrow could be in line for a start for the Chairboys following his deadline day move from Luton Town while Sam Bell is also pushing for a start.
ONE TO WATCH
Bradley Fink
Bradley Fink (pictured below) has had a rousing start to his career, with impressive stats backing up his spell with Borussia Dortmund, in which he racked up 42 goals in 64 appearances for the club across four years.
This bright stint with the German youth side saw Fink progress to first-team football back in his home country where he joined FC Basel in 2022. During his time with the side, Fink gained valuable Europa Conference League experience as well as being part of the team that secured the Swiss Super League title in the 2024/25 season.
Along with his club experience, the young Swiss striker has also earned his international caps thanks to his appearances with the country's under 17-21 squads.

MANAGER QUOTES
"Wycombe have changed a lot of their squad and to be honest, this will be a very different Wycombe side to the one you would usually face in League One. We have had to work a lot tactically in terms of their rotations and how they can hurt you, but more than anything, when we are preparing, it is about how we can impact the game and we know that we need to get points on the board. It has been a while since we have been in front of our own supporters in the league and we owe them, it has been difficult for them watching us because we have struggled, but this is a new team and one that I believe can change the fortunes around," Darren Ferguson said.
