Posh are back under the lights on Thursday night, welcoming Port Vale to the Weston Homes Stadium (7.45pm) in the first of four remaining home fixtures.
Peterborough United return to Sky Bet League One action on Thursday night as Jon Brady's Port Vale side visit the Weston Homes Stadium for the first of two home games over the next few days.
Posh go into the game on the back of a 3-1 defeat at Blackpool knowing that maximum points against the Valiant's would move the club seven points clear of the drop zone.
Vale were in action on Tuesday night as they were held to a goalless draw with Barnsley at Vale Park in a game of few clear-cut opportunities.
TEAM NEWS
Posh welcomed Matt Garbett back to the squad for the defeat at Blackpool and he could be in line for more minutes against Vale. Rio Adebisi, Sam Hughes and Carl Johnston remain sidelined while Ben Woods could feature over the course of the next seven days after missing the loss at Bloomfield Road.
Donay O'Brien-Brady played 45 minutes for the Under 21s against Brentford on Tuesday and will continue his recovery from injury next week.
Port Vale are expected to freshen up their XI following the game on Tuesday night with Ethon Archer and Martin Sherif expected to return to the team after being named on the bench for the game with the Tykes.

His that run of form in the competition earned him the nickname 'Mr FA Cup' from Vale fans.
MANAGER QUOTES
"Port Vale are fighting for their lives and I am sure they will be looking to cause us problems, but I am excited for the game, we are back under the lights, at our own stadium, and we have been good in front of our own fans. We want to finish the season strongly, that is our aim, we have four out of the five at home, let's see how many points we can get," Luke Williams said.
