A look ahead to Tuesday night's Sky Bet League One clash with Barnsley at the Weston Homes Stadium (7.45pm).
Peterborough United welcome Barnsley to the Weston Homes Stadium in Sky Bet League One action on Tuesday night (7.45pm) with Darren Ferguson's men determined to put in a positive performance after three league defeats to start the season.
Ferguson was disappointed with both boxes at Wigan Athletic on Saturday as the Latics ran out 2-0 winners at the Brick Community Stadium.
Barnsley drew 1-1 with Bolton Wanderers at Oakwell at the weekend with the Trotters securing a point against the 10-men of the Tykes late on.
TEAM NEWS
Defender Tom Lees and midfielders Ben Woods and Matt Garbett won't be involved against the Tykes, while Rio Adebisi, Alex Bass and Sam Hughes are also sidelined.
Declan Frith is 'touch and go', but has only trained once on grass in nine days after picking up an ankle injury in training.
Barnsley are without the services of Welshman Vimal Yoganathan, who is suspended following two bookings against Bolton on Saturday.
The Tykes are also sweating on the fitness of Marc Roberts who is rated as doubtful for the game.
ONE TO WATCH
Davis Keillor-Dunn
Davis Keillor-Dunn is arguably one of the most talented attacking players in League One.
That was recognised when he was shortlisted in the PFA League One Team of the Season. The 27-year-old enjoyed a stellar campaign in red, netting 16 goals in what was his most prolific season to date.
His consistent attacking threat, creativity, and work ethic have rightly earned the admiration of his League One peers, who cast their votes for this prestigious honour. Keeping hold of him ahead of the transfer deadline is going to be key to how far the Tykes can go this season.
MANAGER QUOTES
"It is about what we do. We know that on Saturday we did well in the build, but let ourselves down in both boxes. It is clear where we need to improve. We know that we need to try and bounce back from the start that we have had and we have back to back home games this week to try and do that starting against a good Barnsley side, who have a lot of talent," Darren Ferguson said.
