Weston Homes Stadium

The Posh Under 21s entertain Colchester United at the Weston Homes Stadium on Tuesday afternoon (1pm).

The Peterborough United Under 21s welcome Colchester United to the Weston Homes Stadium on Tuesday afternoon in Professional Development League action with Sam Gaughran set to name a strong XI for the visit of the U's. 

A number of first team players could get minutes ahead of the trip to Plymouth Argyle in Sky Bet League One action on Saturday. 

The Posh Under 18s were beaten 4-2 by the U's at the weekend and several of the players involved could also feature in this particular game. 

TEAM NEWS

Andre Changunda is nearing a return to full fitness after a hamstring injury. Fabian Claxton and Lucca Mendonca could get minutes. As it is a league game, there are rules which dictate you can only play so many players over the age of 21. 

THE OPPOSITION

Colchester United sit third in their division after three wins from the opening five games and they recorded an impressive 2-2 draw with Norwich City in the Premier League Cup last time out. Colchester's league wins came against Wigan Athletic, Huddersfield Town and Coventry City.

Season ticket holders can watch the game free of charge with tickets priced at £3 for adults and £1 for concessions. All tickets need to be purchased at the Ticket Office.
