The Under 18s are back in Professional Development League action on Saturday as they welcome Colchester United to the Bespoke Builds Training Ground (11am).
The Peterborough United Under 18s will be looking to take the positives from their high-scoring victory over AFC Wimbledon in the PDL Cup when they welcome Colchester United to the Bespoke Builds Training Ground on Saturday morning.
Kurtis Simmons scored a hat-trick in that victory and Under 18s Lead Coach Hugh Albon-Jones is hoping his side can maintain their attacking style against the U's.
"We were a real threat going forward against Wimbledon and we don't want to lose that style of play, but obviously there has been a little bit of work done in terms of defending because they caused us a few problems.
"Kurtis is in a good place at the minute, he was clinical and deserved his hat-trick because he has been getting into the right areas. I was pleased for Cordell Morgan-Antonio to get his first goal at the level, he has done very well and long may that continue."
