Peterborough United U21s fixture against Blackburn Rovers U21s in the Premier League Cup has been postponed following a pitch inspection ahead of kick-off.
Despite the efforts of both teams to get the game on, the referee has decided that certain areas of the pitch are unplayable due to the frost.
