Posh have fought off competition from a host of clubs to secure the signature of highly-rated AFC Fylde striker Danny Ormerod for an undisclosed fee.
Peterborough United have bolstered their attacking options by completing the signing of 20-year-old Danny Ormerod from AFC Fylde for an undisclosed fee, with the striker penning a long-term contract.
Ormerod, who completed a medical and the necessary paperwork on Wednesday, could train for the first time at the Weston Homes Stadium on Thursday.
That training session is open to Season Ticket Holders, Flexi Ticket Holders and our ForeverPosh and Junior Posh members - if you wish to book to watch you can do so here
Manager Luke Williams said: "Danny is a player that has plenty of potential and has played a good amount of games for his age. He will provide another attacking option for us and we are looking forward to working with us."
Ormerod, who scored 31 goals last season as AFC Fylde won the National League North title, has netted twice in the opening three games of the new campaign.
We will speak to our latest signing and get to know him a little better on Thursday!
