Posh will start the new Sky Bet League One campaign at the University of Bradford Stadium.
The new Sky Bet League One fixtures are here and Peterborough United will kick-off the campaign with a trip to Yorkshire to face Bradford City on Saturday 15th August.
A week later, Mansfield Town visit the Weston Homes Stadium for the club's first home fixture of the campaign before a trip to the seaside to close out the month as Luke Williams' side travel to Blackpool on Saturday 29th August.
Posh welcome Sheffield Wednesday to the Weston Homes Stadium on Saturday 5th September with the return game at Hillsborough on Saturday 13th February.
Posh entertain Cambridge United on Saturday 28th November, with the trip to the Cledara Abbey Stadium on Saturday 27th February. MK Dons visit PE2 on Saturday 20th February with an early trip to Milton Keynes on Saturday 12th September.
Posh are at home to Wycombe Wanderers on Boxing Day with a trip to the capital to face AFC Wimbledon on New Years Day. Posh conclude the campaign with a home clash with Leyton Orient on Saturday 8th May.
All fixtures are subject to change but we have not been selected for a TV fixture across the first weekend of the season. Manager Luke Williams gave his reaction to theposh.com: "When the fixtures come out, there is a lot of excitement ahead of the new campaign. Bradford is a great place to play football, I am sure it will be a brilliant atmosphere on the opening day.
"I am pleased for the supporters that Blackpool away is in the summer months, hopefully that will be a good weekend! We face Sheffield Wednesday at home early in the campaign, they are a huge club so it is a tough start for us but one that we are looking forward too.
"I think most supporters will look for the local derby with Cambridge United, that is two of the games that I was looking for - I am sure they will be great occasions."
