Following confirmation of the sanction of our friendly during the pre-season training camp in Marbella, we can now reveal details of the opposition and location of the fixture.
Peterborough United will take on Saudi Pro League side Neom SC in a pre-season friendly at the Banus Football Center on Friday 17th July (7pm) during the club's training camp in Spain.
Luke Williams' side will also take on an unnamed side at their training base earlier in the week, but that game will be behind closed doors.
Neom finished 8th in the Saudi Pro League last season and include former Arsenal front man Alexandre Lacazette and ex-West Ham United winger Saïd Benrahma in their squad.
Ticket details for the game will be announced in due course. Posh fly out for the camp on Monday 13th July and return on Saturday 18th July.
