Peterborough United manager Luke Williams has been shortlisted for the Sky Bet League One December Manager of the Month after collecting 13 points from a possible 15.
Williams is up against Blackpool boss Ian Evatt, Lincoln City chief Michael Skubala and Cardiff City manager Brian Barry-Murphy for the award.
Meanwhile, front man Harry Leonard is part of the four-man shortlist for the Sky Bet League One Player of the Month for December.
Leoanrd is up against Ilmari Niskanen of Exeter City, Joe Wright of Bradford City and Leo Castledine, who was at Huddersfield Town at the time.
The winners will be announced on Friday.
