Posh Women manager Jake Poole is determined for his side to conclude the FAWNL Division One Midlands campaign unbeaten, but knows Sunday's trip to Sheffield will be a tough test for his side.

Poole's side secured the title following a 5-0 win at Kidderminster Harriers last Sunday, but nothing has changed in terms of their preparation for this weekend's encounter.

"The players have that personal pride to finish what we have started, the season we have had is exactly what we wanted and of course we enjoyed the moment and celebrated the achievement on Sunday, but now it is about finishing the job and try and end the season unbeaten.

"We have trained properly, our standards have been maintained, we are not looking to take our foot off the gas. Yes, there will be opportunities for players to impress in these remaining games, but we want to win,

"Of course, we have to start looking forward to next season, we will pick the right team for the right games and give players the chance to go out there and perform.

"Sheffield will be a tough game for us on Sunday, but it is one that we are looking forward too. We have achieved our objective in terms of winning the league, but as I said, we still have a target to achieve," Poole said.

Posh will conclude their campaign against Stourbridge at PIMS Park on Sunday 26th April (2pm) with tickets on sale here
