The Club have this afternoon parted company with Posh Women Manager Dan Lawlor.
Lawlor took over initially in an interim role at the end of 2021 and was appointed on a permanent basis in February 2022. Posh Women are currently third in the FAWNL Division One Midlands and were beaten in the County Cup final at the weekend.
Posh Women General Manager Sam Winch commented: “Despite the significant investment and ever growing partnership within the club, our Women’s First Team have fallen below the standards that were set at the start of the season.
“I would like to express my gratitude to Dan for his hard work and commitment over recent seasons as well as his dedication to developing our current squad.”
The Posh Women are next in FAWNL Division One Midlands action at home against Leek Athletic on Sunday 28th May at Abbey Lawn.
