The Posh Women make a commercial appointment following the formation of a committee including Academy Director Dan Robinson.

Ahead of the 2026/27 season, the Peterborough United Women have appointed Jenny Melling as Commercial Manager with a number of sponsorship opportunities available as Jake Poole's side embark on their first experience of Tier 3 football.

Melling is the first of a number of appointments with a committee being formed to help strengthen the off-the-field team under the leadership of club director Iain Crawford, who is responsible for the Posh Women's team following the departure of General Manager Sam Winch in the summer.

"I have known Jenny for a few years now and have got to see how thorough and committed she is to anything she sets her mind too so I am delighted she has agreed to join us as Commercial Manager and look forward to seeing the impact she will have as we look to grow our Women's Team's reputation both locally and beyond."

Crawford confirmed that the committee will be made up of individuals who will be tasked with a number of different roles from the Match Day operation to Ticketing and the appointment of a Commercial Manager will hopefully introduce new businesses to the club as Posh look for a competitive season in the Northern Premier League.

"I am really pleased with the people that have agreed to come on board for the new season. The aim is to try and support Jake and his team as much as we possibly can ahead of a really exciting season. Our Academy is really important to us, we have seen a number of players come through our system and with Dan now on the committee, his knowledge and experience will help the wonderful work that Chloe Brown and her staff are already undertaking," Crawford added.

Further announcements regarding the committee will be announced in due course.
