Harley Meadows has been appointed as Women’s Commercial Executive at the football club.
The Posh Women have made an exciting appointment behind the scenes with Harley Meadows accepting the role of Women’s Commercial Executive.
Meadows, who will combine his role with his existing position in the club’s Ticket Office, will be tasked with working with new and current stakeholders on a regular basis and helping to grow the club off the pitch.
Women’s General Manager Sam Winch said: “I am thrilled to welcome Harley as the new Commercial Executive for the Women's section of our club. I have no doubt that he will bring a fresh perspective and drive to our team.
“His passion for Peterborough United and dedication to promoting gender equality align perfectly with our club's values and vision for the future. This appointment is a testament to the club's commitment to the growth and success of our women's team.
“We are determined to continue moving forward in a progressive manner and Harley's addition to our team is a significant step in that direction. Harley will be liaising with new and existing stakeholders on a regular basis, and I know he will be a brilliant addition to the club.”
Meadows added: “I am delighted to accept the role of Women’s Commercial Executive and excited to be a part of the team, continuing to build a successful future both on and off the pitch. After speaking with Sam, the future is bright for the football club with promotion into Tier 3 being a real goal for the First Team.
“Having worked and played within the game for a number of years, this has given me great experience that I will bring to the role. I am excited to work closely with existing sponsors maintaining the great relationships that have been previously built as well as forging new ones too. Born and bred in Peterborough and playing at multiple different levels, this has allowed me to gain a real first-hand experience on the footballing scene within the city and beyond.”
