Posh travel to the LNER Stadium on Sunday to face Lincoln City in Sky Bet League One action (12pm).
Peterborough United make the relatively short trip to the LNER Stadium to face high-flying Lincoln City in Sky Bet League One action on Sunday lunchtime (12pm) with Luke Williams' side looking to build on the 2-0 win at Rotherham United on New Years Day.
An own goal from Joe Rafferty and a strike from substitute Brandon Khela secured all three points against the Millers and moved Posh into 11th place in the table, level on points with the team occupying 9th spot.
Lincoln have enjoyed a superb first half of the campaign and drew 1-1 with Huddersfield Town last time out with the experienced Adam Reach rescuing a point for the Imps.
TEAM NEWS
Posh are without the services of Rio Adebisi, Sam Hughes and David Okagbue due to injury, but are hopeful that Jimmy-Jay Morgan will be added to the squad after missing the win at Rotherham after collecting multiple knocks in the draw with Reading.
Ben House and James Collins are sidelined for the Imps due to knee injuries, while Jack Moylan is pushing for a starting berth if Michael Skubala decides to tinker with his XI.

Reeco Hackett
Exciting attacker Reeco Hackett (pictured below) joined the Imps for an undisclosed fee from Portsmouth in the summer of 2023. His footballing journey began at Dagenham & Redbridge and has since featured for Charlton Athletic, Boreham Wood, Bromley, Southend United and Portsmouth before making the move to the LNER Stadium.
During his second season in Imps colours, Hackett made 39 appearances and scored four goal in all competitions. His stunning strike against Bolton Wanderers in April 2025 saw him claim the club’s Goal of the Season award.
Hackett also represents St Lucia on the international stage and scored on his debut in the CONCACAF Gold Cup a few days after signing for the Imps in June 2023.
MANAGER QUOTES
"Lincoln away is probably the toughest assignment any team in this league could face at the minute, so we are very aware of the challenge that is in front of us, but we go there with confidence and we will see if we can cause them problems. I think Michael has done an excellent job, they are relentless in everything that they do, they have good people off the pitch and they have good people on it and that is a good recipe for success," Williams said.
TICKET NEWS
Tickets for the game at the LNER Stadium have now sold out for Posh supporters. No tickets will be available on the day. Posh were given an allocation of around 1,800 tickets for the game.
