The club are looking to recruit a Club Retail Manager with closing date for applications on Friday 12th May.

Club Retail Manager

Pay - £27,000 per annum plus bonus

Hours – 37.5 hours per week, to include home match days, typically Saturday or midweek evening.

Dates – June to July 2023 start. Permanent role.

We are currently seeking a Retail Manager for our busy club shop. This vital role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Club’s physical and e-commerce retail operation, delivering standards comparable to an aspirational High Street retailer.

The role will recruit, manage and lead our great retail team, maintain and build relationships with key suppliers within the business. This role will source and retail an excellent diverse range of sports clothing and merchandise, provide an excellent level of customer focus and care.

The successful person will have a significant experience as an established Retail Manager or Retail Operations Manager managing a Retail Supervisor and a team of Retail Assistants. They will also have working in retail with a fashion or lifestyle orientated brand that is customer service and sales orientated able to drive sales and deliver on profit targets. Experience within a sporting environment is desirable but not essential.

Naturally positive and enthusiastic you will have a passion for helping customers find the perfect product and tailoring your approach to each customer and platform, you’ll have enthusiasm for the brand and our supporters and of course a keen interest in delivering a seamless eCommerce experience.
