Two part-time coaching positions have become available within the Posh Academy.
Two exciting coaching opportunities have arisen within the academy for the 2022/23 season. The academy will be recruiting for a part-time academy coach and a part-time pre-academy coach.
The appointed individuals will contribute to the development of footballers within the Academy programme. Helping the academy achieve its vision of becoming ‘a leading Category 2 Academy developing a minimum of 3 academy graduates per season’. The individual will plan, deliver and review coaching sessions and matchdays in alignment with our academy methodology.
The successful candidates will become part of an ambitious academy, either within the schoolboys age groups (U9s-U16s) or pre-academy age groups (U7s-U8s). The successful individuals will receive ongoing support in their own development as a coach.
PART-TIME ACADEMY COACH - REQUIREMENTS:
- UEFA B Licence & FA Youth Award (or close to completion)
- Up-to-date safeguarding
- Up-to-date EFAiF
PART-TIME PRE-ACADEMY COACH - REQUIREMENTS:
- FA Level 2
- Up-to-date safeguarding
- Up-to-date EFAiF
