Supporters who are in possession of a ticket for our Bristol Street Motors Trophy tie against Crawley Town on Tuesday evening may have noticed that their ticket is showing as expired if downloaded to a digital wallet.
If you have downloaded your ticket to your mobile digital wallet and it’s showing expired, you will need to take one of the following steps to ensure entry into the Weston Homes Stadium:
1) Use the E-Ticket PDF emailed to you at the turnstile instead either by presenting on your mobile device or printing out a paper copy.
2) Email tickets@theposh.com, including your name and ticket details, to obtain a new E-Ticket which can then be redownloaded to your digital wallet.
As a reminder the Last 16 tie takes place on Tuesday 23rd January, kick-off 7.30pm. Tickets are still on sale and can be purchased here. All ticket(s) bought will receive 50 priority points per transaction to the account used to purchase the ticket(s).
