Barnsley are the next opponents for Posh as attention switches to the Emirates FA Cup.
Peterborough United welcome fellow Sky Bet League One side Barnsley to the Weston Homes Stadium on Saturday (3pm) as attention turns to the second round of the Emirates FA Cup.
Following three successive defeats in all competition, manager Luke Williams is hoping his side bounce back against the Tykes, who moved into the second round with victory over York City.
"I am disappointed with the trophy defeat because we of course wanted to progress, but we can't dwell on that defeat for long because we have an important game in the FA Cup on Saturday.
"We have got so much football in front of us, particularly this month, so we have to assess the squad, see how everyone is after a three-game week and pick a side to try and win the game," manager Williams said.
Posh beat Cardiff City 1-0 in the first round in what was Williams' first game in charge of the Football Club.
Remember, it is reduced admission for the game with the Tykes. Season ticket seats are held until 5pm today (3rd December).
