Posh historian Peter Lane has paid tribute to Dominic Genovese, who sadly passed away over the last few days.
"It is with deep regret to hear of the passing of former Posh forward Dominic Genovese, who sadly passed away on 27th October 2023 aged 62 years.
Born in Peterborough he was signed by Manager Noel Cantwell in March 1988 until 1989, leaving for Kettering Town. He returned again in early 1990’s as the Community Officer for Posh.
Dominic made a total of 10 matches, plus nine off the bench as substitute whilst scoring two goals. We send our condolences from all at Posh to his wife Passy, his three children and grandchildren,"
