The club will mark the second anniversary of the death of Tommy Robson in the 11th minute of Saturday’s fixture with Burton Albion.

Peterborough United entertain Burton Albion at the Weston Homes Stadium on Saturday afternoon (3pm) and in the 11th minute of the contest, the club will pay tribute to Tommy Robson on the second anniversary of his death.

A short video of Tommy will appear on the big screen and the club is urging supporters to join in with a minute’s applause to celebrate his life. Robson, who is the club’s record appearance holder, sadly passed away in 2020 following a battle with motor neurone disease.

Supporters are looking to raise funds to build a statue, similar to the one that stands outside of the stadium for another club legend who is no longer with us, Chris Turner. To find out more and how you can donate, visit www.thetommyrobsonstatue.co.uk
