Chiha joins The Cuckoos on a short-term loan.
Peterborough United U21s midfielder Hisham Chiha has joined Northern Premier League Division One Midlands Yaxley FC on a short-term loan with immediate effect.
Chiha, who made his return to action last month following a lengthy spell on the sidelines, will link up with Yaxley, managed by former Posh forward Andy Furnell, and made his debut for The Cuckoos last Saturday in their Northern Premier League Division One Midlands fixture against Sutton Coldfield.
Academy Director Kieran Scarff said: “We would like to say a massive thank you to Andy Furnell and everyone at Yaxley FC for giving Hisham the opportunity to increase match minutes, while also gaining senior experience after returning from an injury that kept him on the sidelines for over a year.”
