Peterborough United’s on-loan goalkeeper Lucas Bergström has been named in the Finland squad for two friendly fixtures at the beginning of 2023, but won’t miss any action for Grant McCann’s men, who are without a fixture on the dates when the fixtures fall.
Finland will face Sweden on January 9 in the Algarve before traveling home to Helsinki to face Estonia on January 12. It is the first time the youngster has been named in the senior side after representing his country at younger age levels.
