Teenage defender Oliver Arber has put pen to paper on his first professional contract at the Football Club.
Peterborough United youngster Oliver Arber has signed his first professional contract, completing the paperwork at the Weston Homes Stadium surrounded by his family.
The central defender, who has already featured in the Under 21s and trained with the first team during the pre-season training camp in Spain during the summer, has signed a two-year deal.
Senior PDP Lead Ryan Semple said: "Olly has been with us a number of years, progressing through the schoolboy programme before joining us full-time last season. He is an aggressive centre back that enjoys duels on the ground and in the air and has developed all aspects in his game to become someone who has a high ceiling in terms of his potential.
"Hopefully that progress will continue and he goes on to achieve things that we believe he has every capability of doing under the coaches here at the football club."
Arber knows that the hard work starts now and is looking forward to the challenge. "I am extremely grateful to the coaches within the Academy, Dan the Academy Director and my family for all of their support and guidance.
"I have really enjoyed the journey so far, but I know that the hard work starts now, The Under 21s is a really important pathway, it provides some really tough tests against good Academies and hopefully between now and the end of the season I can get some regular football at that age group."
