Posh defender tastes international football for the first time as he plays 90 minutes against French.

Peterborough United centre back Ronnie Edwards made his England under 19 debut on Wednesday afternoon, completing 90 minutes in an international friendly against France at their Marbella training ground.

The French ran out 3-1 winners, but Edwards acquitted himself well in his first appearance for the Three Lions. England have two other fixtures during their stay in Spain with Mexico and Belgium to come before he returns to the UK ahead of the next Sky Bet Championship fixture at Middlesbrough.
