Darren Ferguson’s men will welcome Plymouth Argyle in the first round of the Carabao Cup.
Peterborough United will host Sky Bet League One side Plymouth Argyle at the Weston Homes Stadium in the first round of the Carabao Cup, following the draw by Andy Cole and Danny Mills on Thursday afternoon.
The tie will take place week commencing 9th August following the opening league fixture against Luton Town at Kenilworth Road.
